In 2014, Acor and Sovena joined forces to create a new company focused on the purchase of seeds and bulk oil sales in Spain.

With this company, known as Agroproducciones Oleaginosas S.L., both shareholders aim to enhance synergies to optimize their logistical operations and industrial facilities, and ensure an efficient commercial policy for their producers and consumers.
