MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

Dear all,

In this first part of the year, it is with pride and recognition that I address you all. Another year has revealed itself to be complex, marked by great uncertainty and challenges affecting various sectors, including ours.

Despite the adversities, Sovena has demonstrated remarkable dynamism and a capacity for differentiation that sets us apart. We have been working hard to maintain our leadership position with the brands Oliveira da Serra, Fula and Andorinha, and to strengthen our global operations. The factories in Colombia and Angola are also clear examples of our commitment to diversify, expand, and consolidate our international presence.

I am particularly proud to announce the launch of our latest sustainability report, an important milestone that reflects Sovena’s commitment to responsible and sustainable practices. It also marks the beginning of a new strategic cycle, where a focus on green energy has been a priority. Today we can say that all our operations on the Iberian Peninsula use 100% electricity from renewable sources.

Our dedication to quality has also been recognized with several awards, reinforcing our strong commitment to excellence. Furthermore, we have been investing in the development of our employees because we believe they are the driving force behind our success.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone for your effort and dedication. Together, we have faced and overcome challenges, and it is with great pride that we continue this journey side by side for another year.
