Task Force GO-MOSOLIVE

The GO-MOSOLIVE 10x10 Task Force, made up of CITOLIVA, InterOleo Group and Sovena, has been set up to implement technological innovations that guarantee the quality and safety of olive oil from traditional olive groves.
This Task Force will generate important advances in the reduction of mineral oil contamination - specifically saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) and aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) - throughout the production process, improving the quality of the product and promoting a positive environmental impact.
